Scholastic Fund for Students of Hispanic Descent (SFSHD)

This scholarship is open to any student of Hispanic descent. Must be a current high school
senior within the city of Waukesha and have a desire to attend a 2 year or 4 year university or a
technical college. Several scholarships will be awarded each year.

The application must include:

● 2 letters of reference from either a guidance counselor, teacher, employer, supervisor
or clergy member
● GPA *We do not set any minimum
● Signature of counselor or counselor’s assistant
● Response to 2 essay questions

The application is done completely online and can be completed in multiple sessions.
Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
